Improv Curves
Slow progress, but it feels good to be sewing again! I’m following Twiggy & Opal’s tutorial for improv curves and it’s the perfect pace: no pattern, no precise cutting, easy to pick up when I have a few minutes. I’m having fun just going with the flow!
I’ve had a bee in my bonnet to refresh the artwork currently hanging in our living room, so I’m aiming to make 3 pieces total (two 24×36″ and one 24×30″); TBD if I’ll quilt or just frame the finished pieces but I’ll figure it out when I get there.

Dear House cross stitch
The nap gods have not been on my side the last few days, but on one glorious afternoon the stars aligned and both kids took decent naps at the same time and I indulged in snacks, coffee, a podcast (Chatty Broads) and, of course, cross stitch!
