Protein muffins are intriguing me. What’s in them?
They’re great! Banana, spinach, zucchini, no sugar or flour, and nut-free if you use Sunbutter instead of peanut butter. Even cleanup’s not too bad because you mix the batter in a blender. Here’s the recipe: https://www.yummytoddlerfood.com/recipes/breakfast/flourless-cocoa-protein-muffins/
