Happy Wednesday! Here’s another weekly peek at my current works in progress.
QAYG Cathedral Window Quilt
I’m determined to finish up some quilting projects before baby arrives (& I pack up my sewing supplies for a while) and the weeks I have left to do so are in the single digits! This one is actually coming together quickly when I have time to work on it. All the rows are sewn and attached together, so the top is essentially done!
Now I need to top stitch all the petals down so the Cathedral Window pattern emerges, and that will probably be time consuming. But since this is a quilt-as-you-go pattern, I won’t have to do any additional quilting or binding. I’m hoping my goal of sharing this at the Music City MQG guild meeting in June (probably my last for a while) is reasonable. We shall see!
…
That’s all for now!
Happy Birthday!!!!
