Every week I share five highlights, both as a recap and a reminder to stay grateful for the little things.
– Mississippi. It was great to visit with Sam’s family last weekend, even if it was for a sad occasion. The best part is watching Amelia take it all in and get passed around from one set of arms to the next.
– Round Robin. I’m going to miss next weekend’s Music City MQG meeting, so I got to work on the guild’s round robin quilt. It’s ready to pass on to the next person (pics coming soon!) and I can’t wait to see how it evolves into a finished quilt.
– Closing Circles. I finally closed all three circles on my Apple Watch, which means I met the daily goals for movement (270 calories), exercise (30 minutes), and standing (12 times in 12 hours)… only took 6 months!
– International Women’s Day. Amelia enjoyed a visit from a friend this week, and it just so happened to be International Women’s Day too. Perfect timing!
– Alabama. My parents came down to watch Amelia while I got another infusion, and then we’re on the go again with another visit to Alabama next week. Back to back family visits are the best!
