Part 1 is done!
The Trick or Treat Costume Club cross stitch is the cutest! Halloween isn’t my favorite holiday of the year, but with a baby coming in October I’m looking forward to all things Fall and the newest SAL from the Pumpkins came at just the right time. (Their other new SAL for the National Parks’ centennial anniversary is also super cute! But I’m trying not to accumulate too many WIPs… so I resisted for now.)
Part 1 arrived at the end of August and I indulged in lots of stitching time over Labor Day weekend to finish it up. The 12.6″ x 2.8″ size will be really cute all framed up (or maybe I’ll branch out to try something new? This tutorial for a free standing cube looks really cute!) and there’s room at the bottom of the fabric for a bonus project. I didn’t do the bonus border yet, but I’ll start on it when I finish the September block of the Passport SAL (so many SALs!).
Can’t wait for Part 2, releasing on September 22!
