This is my third year to work on a year-long cross stitch project, and the second year to play along with the mystery stitch-along month by month. Stitching Once Upon a Time in 2014 and Woodland Creatures in 2015 was so much fun – it’s addictive!
In 2016 I’m joining the Pumpkins on an adventure around the world. The third stop of the year is Holland – I have to admit I wasn’t super excited about this block, but I enjoyed the details more as I stitched. The tulips and windmill are super cute.

I think the monthly crossstitch idea is lovely. It is totally cute! I especially like the Windmill even if it wasn’t a favorite month for you to do! Well done!
