Adult coloring books are all the rage right now – even the primarily digital publisher I work for has released a coloring book this year. But even before they were popular, I’ve always looked toward coloring and doodling as relaxation.
Here’s some Throwback Thursday action for you:
In 2010 I found an old copy of geometric patterns at the school library where I worked, and made copies to bring home with me for some quality coloring time.
A couple years later, I started making my own coloring pages to try out new doodles.
Even if you’re not an artist, you can make your own coloring book! Simple shapes outlined in sharpie are the perfect canvas for color. Here are a few past coloring pages from my blog:DIY Coloring Pages
Happy #tbt!
WOW! Love these! Perhaps you need to publish a coloring book!!
